Over the last ten years, I have learned a variety of things that have developed me in areas such as being an Excellent Customer Service Representative, Excellent Collection Agent also learn how to be an excellent team leader. I have also learned how important it is to perform my duties, I am accustomed to deadlines and always go above and beyond to have my task completed which allows me to exceed my job expectations. With my experience and education in Customer, Sale, and Collection and experience using Avaya,  Titan, bizdesk ,zendesk slack  and road map

My previous job experiences have enhanced my skills and developed me to be a very organized person and have high attention to detail. I can work well under pressure and with minimum supervision.
