I have over 7 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. customers. I was trained at two of the largest call centers in the Philippines where I worked for about 2 years and have been a free lancer thereafter.
I can provide e-mail, ticket, chat and text support and will do everything I can to delight your customers and uphold your company's policies. Customer service is my passion as I am a customer from time to time, as we all are.
