I was a Presales Consultant for a Human Capital Management Product. Prior to that I worked as a Product Manager in the development of the same product where I was responsible for preparing Requirements Document, Screenlevel changes and explaining the same to the technical team and guiding them through out the development. Once done I do functional testing of the same and report bugs if any. once all are cleared, the feature will be signed off and introduced to new and existing customers. I also worked as HR Manager where i Onboarded several employees, trained and mentored them. I was also HR Business Partner for the same team. I am Basicallyan MBA in HR and Systems with Marketing. Prior to MBA i had two years of work experience in an MNC as Test lead and Assistant Systems Engineer. I completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering with Distinction from one of the top University in TamilNadu. Looking forward to work in an Environment where I can contribute value to the company and at the same time make my learning curve grow up
