I’m Viola, and I can be an honest and reliable contribution to your organization. I was born in Italy with a German father that spoke to me entirely in German. I’ve also lived 5 years in Brazil 5 years in Uruguay 5 years in Argentina an 1 in France - Therefore, I speak many languages. I graduated from Buenos Aires Film Accademy with a bachelor in Film production. I've worked as Customer Service Representant and Film producer since 7 years. I’ve worked for the NCSOFT, 1&1, Lalalab, Snapbook and many other comapnies as a German-English-Spanish trilingual customer service agent - answering tickets, emails, phone calls and live chat. As a VA, I’ve worked with multiple start-ups, aiding in everyday tasks where needed. I'm proficient in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
