I am a Chief technology officer at Incoding Software in Russian Federation.
My top achieve :
- I did create and still working on improvement the Incoding Framework for rapid development. We are using this framework for most our projects. Most valuable points there are not-trivial tasks like JS engine, special languge (IML) and of course more deeply usage of C# language.
- RAP (medical project) which have a lot business logic (created with incoding framework)
- Practices (staff scrum manager and team lead) agile methodology in our company (SCRUM and KANBAN)
- Focusing on new technologies (ASP.NET vNext, NoSQL and other)
- I'm reading/writing code all the time because i know I can do much MORE better ! Also doing code review after other developers in our team
