During the past 25 years I have helped build and scale-up early stage, Fortune 500, and private equity portfolio companies with up to 4,400 employees and $1.7bn P&L. Through roles ranging from Chief Customer Officer and COO to CEO and Board Director, I lead cross-functional teams to record revenue and earnings across a diverse range of competitive industries throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
In the past decade alone, I led the creation of over $500 million in new enterprise value for a portfolio of technology, consumer and business services, and omnichannel retail companies spanning 7 countries, 2,200 employees, and $679 million in aggregate revenue. Previously, I was responsible for customer service, marketing, sales, and eCommerce at $700 million home shopping network EVINE Live (formerly ShopNBC) and our partner Polo.com.
