I have technical skills for iOS and MacOS devices. I ‘ve started with the phone support line and then after a year promoted for the first chat support. I am currently providing support via chat to our customers on moderate to complex technical and non-technical cases. I handled over 90.000 cases to present and still counting. The role requires a lot of multitasking and distinct efforts for the world class customer experience. Since I have started to my role I have increased as well as adjust my problem solving and communication skills to each customers for providing outstanding customer service. I am confident of using and learning new social media technologies and signed up from the first dates of biggest social media sites like Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin. As I am actively using for my personal accounts, I came across with this site via social media channels as well.
