I have more than three years of experience in the BPO industry specializing in customer care, technical assistance to specific products and also inbound and outbound sales experience. I have a fluent English proficiency in both writing and speaking. I'm also trained and skilled in using Microsoft applications such as Powerpoint presentation, Microsoft word and a little bit of Microsoft excel.

I'm also flexible, open-minded and can work with less supervision. I am looking for a freelance job for the afternoon to evening shift Philippine time.

As a personal assistant, I am given various tasks such as creating a draft for eBay selling, editing documents, handling phone calls, market research, using various tools and CRM and scheduling client meetings.
