I revamped the orientation process for all new hires which was implemented company-wide in Tuskys supermarket and reviewed and updated job descriptions in Tuskys.

In addition, I have also successfully managed to; coordinate the job analysis and review of job descriptions exercise in SOS Djibouti, assist the lead consultant in reviewing and updating the HR policy and procedure manual at Kenya Institute of Public Policy and analysis (KIPPRA) to name but a few of them.
