I have been with the BPO industry for about 9 years now, I have been with different departments, like Customer Care/ Financial Services, where we assist clients with their purchased equipment or financial products, I also have a background in HR, Benefits and Payroll, we assist employees with their annual benefits enrollment, payroll concerns, employment verification, I have been with Recruitment and Sourcing Team, where we handle employment for Business Support Positions. Currently, I'm a Team Supervisor where I manage a team of 16 employees who handles categorization of Auction items which will be posted to our website.
