Over the last four years as a consultant, I've honed my skills in leveraging technology to collaboratively develop strategies and systems that get clients to their goals.

I believe that it is important to understand the existing organization, systems and technology being used in order to develop systems that will work in the long term. Using this information and the goals of the client, I focus on solutions that will maximize existing resources first. If a client is using a software platform that I am unfamiliar with, I take the time to find trainings and tutorials that will equip me with the knowledge necessary to work with the system. 

I have utilized Power Automate, Excel, Word, Forms, and Teams to create automated workflows for clients. This shifted the time-consuming task of data entry to the individual filling out the Microsoft Form and PowerAutomate. This additionally improved the integrity of the data as each element of the workflow was completed with the information inputted in the form. Developing these systems saved the workload of one full-time staff member as reported by the client. 

Optimized Excel workbooks, Excel dashboards, and Word forms were critical components of the automated workflows developed. I took documents that were being filled out by hand and recreated the form in Word so that it could be autopopulated. Additionally, Excel workbooks were designed to automate calculations whenever possible, carryover data to new worksheets, and create a visual representation that enabled key personnel to make data-driven decisions.

Empowering small business owners is another core offering of my business. I provided systems setup, social media template design, marketing material creation, 1:1 training, and customer service support. As some of my clients are healthcare professionals, it is critically important that I maintain the security of their data, understand EMR systems, and have a working knowledge of HIPPA. 

As I resolve concerns about customer accounts for other business owners, it is important that I understand the policies/expectations of my clients and interact with their customers in a way that preserves their working relationship. Combining that information with life coaching training has resulted in the successful catchup of past-due accounts without disrupting the working relationship between my clients and customers.
