My journey began in 2007, when I became a part of HSBC Electronics Data Processing Philippines Inc. I took on the role of Senior Associate and honed my skills in managing customer interactions and problem-solving. When HSBC was acquired by Capital One Support Services Corp. in 2013, I transitioned into the role of Senior Operations Representative, gaining deeper insights into operations management. In 2018, I embraced a new challenge at Sykes Asia as a Technical Support Representative. Here, I got the opportunity to manage Google Store orders and troubleshoot technical issues. The following year, I relocated to Davao and started working at VXI, continuing my role as a Technical Support Representative. However, in 2020, I made a significant shift in my career. With an aim to utilize my accumulated experience and skill-set, I left the call center industry and ventured into the world of home-based jobs. I'm currently serving as a Virtual Assistant and a Social Media Manager, a role I've enjoyed for the past three years.

This journey has not only given me the flexibility to work from home but also allowed me to engage with the dynamic world of social media. Here, I've been able to apply my rich experience in customer service and technical support, helping businesses navigate the digital landscape and connect with their audience.

Throughout my career, I've learned that change is the only constant. I'm always ready to adapt, learn, and grow. This, I believe, is my greatest strength. I look forward to what the future holds and to the new challenges it will bring.
