Hireplicity, formerly known as Coding Avenue, was established in the US in 2006. In 2008, we expanded our operations in the Philippines, particularly in Tacloban City with only 4 full-time employees. Our original vision was to create our own million-dollar software. This later evolved to providing world-class managed developers to small to medium tech companies at a fraction of the cost.

In 2012, we expanded our network in Cebu City to cater to our growing demands for excellent programmers.  Since then, Hireplicity has now grown from 4 to over 60 full-time employees; and still exponentially growing.

Hireplicity’s core competency is in the design and delivery of Custom Software. We ensure the quality of our products through a stringent development process, up-to-date technologies, and a competent team of developers, project managers, and QA engineers.
