They have experience working for a UK based company serving the client’s back end functions such as administrative, customer service and IT related work. The responsibilities ranged from managing the company’s generic email accounts to e-filing documents, sending out digital project completion certificates, website proofreading, cross checking web-updates, managing customer feedback – from collecting feedback forms, to analyzing and reporting, responding to live chats, managing social media accounts, managing online communities and online forums to managing alumni communities and so on.
