I am a virtual assistant with 15 years of experience in customer service and administration. I am seeking a long-term professional relationship with a client with whom I can dedicate my services to. I am ambitious and have high hopes that I always set the bar high in whatever work I do. I was known and respected in my previous job for my results-oriented approach in finding answers to unusual issues, as well as, being able to complete tasks ahead of time, while delivering exemplary work. 

In the previous years, I have gained extensive experience in administration, customer service, and sales, where I gained valuable knowledge, and more importantly, learned the value of integrity and professionalism. It has been imbibed in me through years of discipline, in school, and in my previous jobs. I respect others’ time by simply showing up on time and by meeting due dates. I handle information with discretion, especially confidential information, by securing my access and storage. I treat my co-workers and clients with respect and professionalism, even in times of distress. I also learned the value of seeking help by reaching out to my mentors or seniors for guidance whenever faced with an unfamiliar task, and I made sure to pay it forward by offering help to struggling co-workers.

I am curious and I value continuous learning. I grab every possible opportunity to learn, in various fields because I believe that knowledge is power. I also value being flexible and adaptable to changes and trends. Recently, I have taken multiple specialization courses in digital marketing, where I gained valuable insights on digital marketing and social media management. I have also taken multiple short courses in general virtual assistance, including lead generation and inbox and calendar management, as well as short courses in graphic design. 

Aside from learning new skills, I enjoy solving puzzles in my free time, and whenever possible, I like exploring new places and immersing myself in other cultures. I always learn new things and it opens my mind to new horizons.
