Abril Ornella Franco

Hi! So nice to e-meet you! 

My name is Abril Franco, I´m a University of Buenos Aires´s Social Work student, I'm in the 4° year, with a 9,04 average. Moreover, I have an advanced oral and written english level. 

I have experience in receptionist, secretary and administrative work, as well as executive assistant. I´m a proactive, organized and extremely responsible person. People-oriented, intuitive and excel at teamwork. Besides, I enjoy facing challenges constantly, as they make me grow, and to work in a place where I can apply my skills and also learn new ones. 

Creativity is one of the things that I mostly love to put in when I work, since I believe it is a tool that guarantees the improvement of the task. A nice work environment followed by fluid communication with my colleagues is another thing that I value a lot. When I am facing a challenging task or a difficult situation, interpersonal relationships have a main role. It helps me to stay calm, to ask others their opinions, to find new resources, to get to an agreement, among other benefits. Also I'm eager to work in a position where I can be in constant feedback with people hence I am really great on effective and positive communication with clients.

Also I think that having the possibility to use my english skills at work is one of the main opportunities of working in worlwide companies. I really care for being updated and at the forefront in order to feel this language so free and light as a native. Also I want to reach new and more challenging horizons that stimulate me to improve.
