My whole job experiences is all about recruitment, hiring, selecting talent for companies. I would choose character over competence. Those character are growth mindset, adaptability, search for excellence, honest, and humility. Great character within candidates will become a future profit for organization. It makes a great impact, not only for bussiness but entire people in the organization as well.
I have experience using psychological testing tools since 2007.
I have a lot of database of job seekers around indonesia with range of age 18 to 35 years old.
All of my experiences in talent acquisition was searching for Sales People. So, I have a sense of wich candidate is suitable and wich isn't.
I share my experience in every chance i had, just like when I attend as speaker in career seminar at highschool and campus.
Overall, i just love doing this kind of job.
related to mass recruitment, the most numbers attendance of recruitment process i have ever experience was around 5000 peoples.
