I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Cebu Institute of Technology - University in the Philippines. I am an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual and Automation) with 12+ years of experience.

As a Software Quality Assurance, I have been involved in diverse projects using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and have been exposed to Agile methodologies. From writing to automating tests, I perform software testing on desktop and web in Windows and Linux platforms. I also work with clients and developers in multiple projects. I also do bug reporting with metrics. 

Being a Virtual Assistant is also a part Software testing, as I follow step by step instructions and clarify things with the client on the details that are unclear. I send the completed tasks to the client on time. I make sure that every single tasks and information are accounted for before submitting everything to the client. I still wanted to expand my virtual assistant skills and learn more on how to grow in this kind of career.

I am above average in my English Proficiency but I still continue to learn to improve my English skills. 

Overall, I am very flexible, always on time, attention to detail, meticulous, hardworking, team player and collaborates all the needed details to execute the task. I do my task with minimal supervision and also resourceful. I am approachable and available whenever needed. I am willing to be trained for new sets of skills.
