Been interested in creating amazing things since I was a child.
At the age of 13, being captivated by games I started learning C++ to one day be able to make a game I envisioned back then. Afterwards I went into learning everything about the web (HTML/CSS, Photoshop, how to build a server and even run a small free hosting service).
After getting into college, automatics and internet-of-things style applications became an interest, so I started learning how to make hardware (robots, remote sensors, automated valves, etc) and the software to control them and make them talk to each other, culminating in my thesis which used the Point Cloud Library and a Kinect to create a 3D model of a human being which would later be printed on a 3D Printer.
I was, at the time, contemplating on going for a master's degree to try and implement a fusion between the Kinect, Emotiv EPOC to offer an immersive gaming experience, something we could now probably achieve easier using VR technology. That did not happen, however, due to time and resources constraints, I was working at the time as a Software Developer focusing mostly on C# applications (with the occasional PHP, Android, C++ or JS Web application).
While working as a Software Developer, I've had the pleasure of working with amazing people, amazing teams (native as well as foreign), amazing places and interesting projects ranging from Bloomberg applications to online market and management systems to sensor-based applications.
Two years ago I've decided I want to step up my game and went on to work on some of my ideas as well as develop into a full-stack engineer to help others achieve their goals, dreams, and purpose along the way! During this time I've helped develop Android applications, Taxi applications, cloud stored multimedia applications, analytics and big data applications as well as health and fitness applications.
