•Hi-Tech Lubricants (ZIC): Worked as Functional Consultant for
Implementation of HR & Ferguson Payroll Management System at Hi-Tech
Lubricants(ZIC Oil),one of the most renowned name in Pakistan Industry.
•Telenor Shared Services: At Telenor Shared Services, I was responsible to
handle the accounts payables process and handling the invoices of suppliers from
Sweden, Norway and Finland. This process included invoice generation, handling
of credit notes, prepayments, matching the invoices with Purchase Orders,
placing transactions on hold, releasing the holds, incorporating tax transactions,
posting, validating and accounting the transactions. At month end I had to make
reconciliations and ensure that the payables balance is correctly transferred and
all the required invoices were paid.
