I'm a Cairo-based entrepreneur and Project Manager professionally raised in a sales and client management environment.

I have robust team and project management talents earned throughout my career in various industries including real estate, technology, and B2B2C marketing. From 2003 to date I had the opportunity to work with and learn from top management leaders with corporates like Nestle, Jeep, and Dubai Ministry of Health as well as a handful of founders and CEOs of startups in the fields of technology, and B2B2C Marketing.

I’m fit to own the responsibility of the operational aspects in the tech or non-tech industry. I can support in creating and developing the SOPs and SOWs. I organize and facilitate the communication internally within the teams to ensure efficient deliverables and communicate with clients to support the business development process as well. I evaluate the performance and satisfaction of the members through both regular communication and KPIs as well as planning the resources and measuring the company’s performance based on objectives vs key and actual results on a weekly and monthly basis.

I consider myself; very focused and detail-oriented, dedicated to the company as if my own, an eloquent speaker and a fair negotiator, and I fit best in the startup and SME’s working environment as it gives me the sense of ownership that keeps my excitement and performance at it’s highest.
