I have a Bachelor degree in Elementary Education and I am a professional teacher. After I graduated I became an English Tutor for Korean students(Classroom Environment). Then, I entered the BPO industry. I have been a Customer Support Representative/Team Leader for 10 years.
I started as a Technical Support Representative at Concentrix Davao and I was there for 5 years. Then I transferred to Teleperformance Inc, where I became a Supervisor handling 15-20 agents. With this experience, I was able to join plenty of training and seminars. Here are a few: Leadership and Management, Ways to Effective Coaching, 7 Habits of Effective People by Dr. Covey, etc.
I am well-versed when it comes to Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. I have also served as a Supervisor for an application web support-Uber, through chat and email. I have knowledge when it comes to Zendesk application and the like. I love Customer Service as this is my job in the last 10 years. I am motivated, a hard-worker and passionate when it comes to what I do. I make sure that I will not just do my job, but I will do it in the best possible way that I can.
