Data entry: I have handful of experience in extracting data of different type from google and then collecting them onto a Microsoft excel/word sheets for my clients.
Audio transcription: I have also worked for a multi-national company doing their audio transcriptions. I was provided with audio clips and my tasks included bringing the content in Microsoft word written format. This also include paragraphing as well as dialogues where it applied.
Sales/Leads generation/Business development: I have a vast experience in making sales and generating leads over the phone. This includes inbound/outbound calls. With that i have dealt with customers service where unhappy customers would reach out to cancel and then providing them with extra-ordinary customer services and retaining them with one company and not switching to a competitor. While talking about sales, I have an experience of taking the complete sales cycle that included these steps. Starting off with focusing on target market, data mining, cold calling, bringing the clients on-board, getting through with the payments, training and then providing them with after sales service.
