I was a call center agent for 3 years already. When I was just starting in this kind of industry I just started doing some minimal task, an example for that is Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Outbound Call as well as Data Entry. I found the job very difficult at first. After doing it for 6 months, I decided to apply in a big call center company. Luckily I got hired for an Order Placer post. I worked there for 6 months. I do have also an experience in retention as well as in billing. I've been working for a Telco company for a year dealing with wireless carrier bills, upgrading handsets as well as doing basic troubleshooting.
I am very conscious in regards to my task/job. I always make sure that I will be able to submit or finish it before/on the due date. I always make sure that everything is perfect before I submit it.
