I pride myself in having 6 years of customer service experience and almost 4 years of quality assurance (QA) experience. I have handled sales, financial services, inbound and outbound accounts, emails and chats for an e-commerce. I'm the Social Media Coordinator for renowned beauty brands and products for 1 year and 4 months. Logistically, I have a perfect setting of office at my home, with a fixed line for telephone, the internet and laptop, to function proficiently and efficiently. Given the diversity and challenges that we face in a home-based set up, I have proven myself adaptable and flexible, that I can handle several tasks even with a tight deadline. I am also more than willing to contribute, and I am always keen on handling new projects. I have a personality that allows me to deal with clients and co-workers in an effective manner.
