Nursing graduate and experienced customer service for over eleven years with expertise of Banking/Financial analysis, Strategic planning, Technical support and email handling providing services such as; answering customer queries and providing resolution resulting to customer satisfaction.

I used to work as a fraud analyst in a reputable bank in the US skilled for administrative tasks such as; Fraud analysis, claims inventory, strategic planning, submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports,performing inbound and outbound calls to cater client needs. I am a Nursing graduate with complete hospital and non-hospital internship training.

I have experience working with US companies such as; JP Morgan & Chase co, Microsoft, United healthcare group, Roku,Cisco and At&t. With the given experiences i have, I am familiar working with basic admin tools such as Microsoft office, Google tools, Citrix, CMM, CRM and etc. My hobbies include; cooking, travel, and go out with friends. I am interested in applying for any Virtual assistant position. I have been working in a BPO industry for over 11 years now and I am interested with working online and be able to explore better opportunities.
