Aimee Lorraine Reyes

I’m Aimee from Cebu, Philippines. I worked in the BPO industry for over 10 years and has been a part of Customer/Technical Support, Sales, Billing and Retention side of the business. I was doing phone, email and chat support roles. 

My recent work experience was with JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Hybrid Customer Service Specialist II. My responsibilities include taking in phone calls for customer’s having inquiries about their retail checking/savings and credit card accounts, providing walk through and navigation assistance on their online bank account, granting fee reversals, discussing interest rates and providing retention efforts for customers who are disattisfied with the service.

In my entire working experience, I learned and developed a lot of skills. The main skill that I have developed was my communication skills as I had to spend most of my hours answering phone calls and help customers with various problems. I am customer focused, result oriented and efficient type of person. I love getting things done immediately while at the same time providing quality and outstanding customer service.
