I was a customer service representative in a BPO industry and I handled different lines of business like Sales (support), Healthcare, and Social Media. I assist customers via email and chat and I also have back-office experience. As a lead generation specialist, my task is to update the database and complete the missing information like First Name/Last Name, Email address, Phone Number, Company Website, and Company Address. Along with that, I also have a background in creating flyers and sending out cold emails.
In a healthcare account, my task is to reach out to hospitals/facilities to verify/update their demographics and send out paper works via fax or email for them to fill out so we can process their payments.
For the social media account, I was a Client Support Specialist handling Facebook Commerce and my task is to assist sellers regarding issues that is related to their commerce account.
Lastly, I also have freelancing experience as a data entry support for product listing in an online grocery store. My task is to upload images, update price/indicate price, update SKU's, send menu for buyers via email, track delivery of groceries, and input product description.
