I am a seasoned professional in the corporate world. I had worked in the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO), Retail, and Banking industries.

As a Data Analyst, I achieved the 97% Data Accuracy Rate in the first three (3) months of my employment. After six (6) months, I was promoted and was assigned to Savant Technologies, Inc.’s Iloilo Branch as an Accounting Staff who handled the SSS and BIR applications, as well as the payroll distribution of its employees.

In the Retail Industry, I was hired as a Junior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Coordinator for Axis Global Technologies, Inc. I ensured the timely return/replacement or credit of defective items and negotiated at the highest value possible authorized by the company.

Lastly, I entered the Banking Industry as an Asset Records Administrator for Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company, wherein I was in charge of the supplies and I.T. equipment inventories, and updating of Service Level Agreement Masterfile. Then I transferred to another unit as a Channel Services Assistant, who handled the ATM lease renewal contracts and negotiation with lessors. I was able to negotiate a 10% reduction on ATM site rental fees. After two (2) years, I got promoted as an ATM Channel Manager and I was able to reduce the ATM lease renewal contract backlogs by 60%.

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation opened its doors for me as a Deputy Compliance Officer. I was the one responsible for the implementation of applicable regulatory issuances and submission of Quarterly Compliance Certification to the Central Bank. Then, I transferred to another unit and became a Channel Manager for Debit Cards. I was part of the team who initiated the Debit Card Contactless Migration Project.
