Providing professional property reports, the seller has the freedom to communicate with as many local agents as desired. Users can search agents by their names, suburbs, and pin codes. A unique Messaging board allows for communication. Here I have designed a subscription based payment system, and an Escrow system that uses PayPal’s split payment and refund facility.  Toysfortotscanada Technology: PHP, WordPress, MySQL, PayPal Integration Description: WordPress CMS is used for building the front end of this website which enables users to donate and find information about the charity work done through this website. Developed for a Canadian client who maintains the website to facilitate charity work, the aim of the website is to raise funds for making toys available to kids as Christmas gifts. The website is designed keeping in mind the festive theme and mood. Donations are accepted from NGO’s. Users can also volunteer to work with the charity website for toy distribution. Based on the donations received, toys are purchased and distributed by volunteers to the underprivileged on various occasions.  Best Food Places Technology: Angular JS, Node.JS, MongoDB Description: This is a high performance, location finding website based out of Node.js server and a MongoDb database. User’s location is found through browser detection methods and the website consumes a RESTful API to list all nearby restaurants in order of least distance. Several filters and sorting features facilitates a complex search. Angular JS helps us achieve a lightning fast performance on search, thus impacting immensely on the user experience. The website also shows complete details of restaurants, including a gallery of fast-loading images, Food Menus, Offers, Events, Pricing, Facilities, Cuisines, Directions, Reviews, etc. MongoDb is used as the database of preference, in view of the high performance demanded of the website. It allows us to continuously upgrade the site with new features as MongoDB is structurally non-limiting.  Fleet Management Technology: Angular 7, PHP, MySQL, React Native Description: The application provides real-time visibility into vehicle location and status, activity reports and exception alerts. The vehicles are embedded with an IOT device and the Drivers’ app communicates with the device. Drivers can first search for available vehicles and select one for booking. Once booked the driver gets access to remotely lock/unlock the vehicle and start/stop the engine using the app. More features like vehicle diagnostics, etc. are planned in future releases.  Honeyards Technology: ReactJS, NodeJs, MongoDB Description: This is an online shopping application which draws its design inspiration from Pinterest to create a visually appealing and seamless user experience. Some of the high-level features are the minimalistic layout of Products & Categories. ReactJS helped us to create this blazing fast website that gives the user a secure, seamless Online Ordering experience.
