With 11 months of experience in BPO and completing an intensive online course, I can definitely deal with the task of documenting reports, sending emails, managing social media accounts and all of the office work you might ask. I am also knowledgeable using Zen Desk tool and Bliss since this is the primary tools we use in the call center.

I have an experience of working on designing your themes on a WordPress website on the backend using Cornerstone page builder or the default page builder of WP. I can also manage the website on the backend like creating a blog post, engaging comments, adding pages and updating plugins. I can also do basic photo editing and basic video editing.
