About

For the past eighteen year, I've worked in several capacities ranging from research to customer service and sales. Currently, I'm co-owner and the operations manager for B.N.M. Contact Solutions, an Upwork registered agency and personally handling appointment setting and sales accounts for select customers.
As for other job experiences, I've done field research for GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, worked as a warehouse (PETCO) and a fleet supervisor (BenMac Logistics), a laboratory assistant at the College of Engineering and Agro-Industrial Technology-University of the Philippines, Los Banos, a wholesale and retail sales officer, a customer service representative, a technical and sales support officer, an IT Security lead and sales generator and a few other things.
My company, B.N.M. Contact Solutions, is still in its infancy stage, having just started January of 2016. Unlike other agencies, we are less profit oriented and more employee-centric. We want to bridge the divide between employees and clients. We charge our contractors less compared to our competitors while still asking the same amount other agencies ask for a specific type of job. My belief is that a qualified and performing contractor will stop looking for other clients if he’s satisfied with what he’s getting from his existing client. A happy contractor wouldn’t go to a different agency to get the salary he thinks he deserves.
In short, our agency and the client win due to retention. Having spent almost two decades working for different companies and with more than half of that in the BPO industry, attrition is the biggest problem in retaining quality and reliable agents. That is what I’m trying to curb.
As companies grow and annual profit projections plateau, companies look inward to meet their projections. This results in harder to achieve goals to get that bonus or commission or a raincheck on that expected raise. What’s worse, an employee could lose his job to “restructuring” or “streamlining”.
These patterns are prevalent among most companies. Companies are willing to sacrifice loyal, tenured employees to please their investors. I find this practice to be counterproductive. Exactly the reason why the divide between rich and the poor are greater now compared to 30 or 40 years ago. I’m giving qualified and reliable people a vehicle to level the field a little on their behalf.
If you want to hire me for a job or one of my contractors, send me a message. We will match you with a qualified contractor or decline your offer if there is no one qualified to perform it. It’s that simple. We don’t pad resumes. What you see (or hear over the phone) is what you get. This is our business model. This is who we are.
Veritas vincit!
