Can you imagine getting on a plane and during the flight, the captain announces that 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 but to another one, that the duration of the flight will be much longer and that 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 for your ticket if you want to land?⁣

I have more than 𝟭𝟴,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝟯 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, as Project Manager, and in the different rollouts, migrations and implementations performed, 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗢 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱, 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁.⁣

Sometimes, in addition, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝟲% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁.⁣

But always with ethics, working as a team, and learning from others.⁣

I have an unhealthy obsession with helping others.⁣

My therapist, a PhD in psychology, can't seem to find the key to ease the pain that my anxiety about not feeling useful causes me.⁣
