before use.
Inspection of delivered materials upon request of warehouse
personnel and inspection of materials in suppliers plant before
delivery in the project site if conformed to the client
requirements before acceptance.
Ensure that the quality of delivered materials conform to the
project’s requirements by conducting test as the project goes
on.
Ensure that all operation works conformed to approved working
drawings
Monitoring the quality of Ready Mix Concrete before pouring
by means of checking the temperature and Slump test as well
as its travel time and the duration of pouring.
Monitoring the calibration of measuring and testing equipment
before use.
Testing of CHB, concrete cylinder sample, concrete beams and
reinforcing steel bars conforming to client’s standards and/or
applicable codes.
Evaluate quality test of fine aggregates, coarse aggregates and
cement for pavement conforming to ASTM / DPWH Standards.
Issuance of Site Observation Report and Non-Conformance
Report to Operation Department for findings during Inspection
Conduct CCTV Testing for checking and assurance that uPVC
pipe joints are properly installed.
