Furthermore, I have successfully managed social media presence and online communities for over 100K users.
Following my interests and combining my technical and social skills, I've helped set up and implement an efficient customer support flow for a fast-growing user base (mobile app, 4M+ users), making overall user experience smooth, as well as handled advanced user's community, developing unique and lasting customer and user relationships.
