For the past 10 years, I've worked for several contact centers, delivering exemplary customer service skills to US clients as well as parts of Australia. Have certificates for different CORE skills training and the like. Aside from working for contact centers, I've also been a part of one of the most prestigious newspaper company as a Data/Web Encoder and as a Research Assistant. 

I am seeking opportunities to develop and impart what I've learned from my previous jobs and also share the knowledge that I've gained from the responsibilities that I had with the companies I've worked with. I also believe that success comes through hard work and patience.
