Having been in the thick of this, in the tertiary sphere, services, booking, interviewing, CRM, online media,
marketing, recruitment of doctors for healthcare market research, sales, business management, transactions,
account management, IT industry, high-tech, technical support, logistics, gaming services, translations,
interpreting and SEO marketing. I would add seven years of technical university engineering education in totally
different industries – the primary sphere, mining, surveying, informatics, geology, geophysics, remote satellite
sensing, dialectics and natural sciences. I would be giving 7 years of business experience to your audience. I am
quite flexible when it comes to a new contract; thus, relocated from Prague to visit the main European capitals:

I managed to relocate just within two weeks to help to kick off a new project for TeleTech’s Logitech account
in Belfast. TeleTech acquired a new global client to avoid layoffs and I started a training in September 2009 in
Logitech‘s Laboratories. It was also a related effect of the Glo ba l Fina nc ia l C ris is 2007 - 2009. Having
consolidated the new project after ten months, the Logitech management had done a review of global staffing
levels, following by headcount reduction, and later even abolished the whole UK support in the Philippines. We
could observe a W-shaped recession when the economy fell into recession, recovered with a short period of
growth, then fell back into recession and recovered. Many TeleTech employees, including leaders, were made
redundant in June 2010. I lost my employment just after ten months. Finally, a strategic decision was made to
cease Logitech operations in Halifax, Canada, in March 2012, when TeleTech moved Logitech operations to

Just in five months, I was carrying on the same track in IT & ICT, Telecommunication, and Information Industry.
I joined an existing project at HTC Corp. (TW: 2498: TPE) because of an extension of its operations at Wireless
Data Services in December 2010. A major accomplishment was a close cooperation on a streamlining process
for Milton Keynes refurbishment operations. It meant to define boundaries of support for HTC devices – as per
Microsoft – focus on HTC with a hint of Windows Mobile 6.5 and Windows Phone.
I was promoted to a Customer Care Manager in WDS Global to help to resolve internal and external problems
at their peak, but, there was not a business need to keep me in the Care Team under different management and
I had either an option to stay or leave, be redeployed, or opt for a voluntary redundancy. I decided to leave after
eleven months before Christmas 2011. Shortly after, Convergys and TeleTech gave me both a ring. Then, I
decided to experience Cisco before the London 2012 Summer Olympics (three months logistic internship). Cisco
was the official network infrastructure partner of the Olympics and it was also an amazing business-to-business
interaction worldwide.
I would wish to highlight some aspects of the CV that are relevant to a business positions. Undoubtedly, those
are only a few cornerstones comprising key concepts to succeed in the market as a recruiter. I possess a unique
combination of experience in the aforementioned areas: account management, global trade order management,
global operations, transactions, retail operations, software licensing, project transitions to another jurisdiction,
training staff, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction surveys, marketing, market research,
cold sales, data analysis, data processing, technical support, troubleshooting, logistics, project life cycle
management, online media, mass communication and trainings in business ethics. I have business-to-business

building my own self-employment database for recruitment of doctors that is viable but I abandoned the

So, I can demonstrate my project management skills through my own PowerPoint presentations if necessary
since I was passing through many multicultural teams and business environments, through cultural dimensions,
gaining a diverse spectrum of soft skills, know-how, know-who, know-when, know-where, equalizing, maybe

Let me grasp the nettle of ethical business values from s o c i a l a c c o u n t i n g point of view since that
concept is incorporated in the core value itself – A c c o u n t a b i l i t y . A state that exists in some
communities, companies, countries, or organizations, based on existential "bad faith" (Jean-Paul Sartre), i.e.
based on self-deception, rationalised self-interest and appeals to the basest elements in human nature,
e.g. the relishing of disasters which will happen to others, moral self-congratulation, revelling in humiliation
especially of those in authority, double mindedness or double heartedness in duplicity. It may involve intentional
deceit of others, or self-deception. Let me give you more specific examples from companies:
- protect against social engineering; phishing, tailgating, pretexting, IVR or phone phishing, malicious software,
parental control on Xbox, censorship of Microsoft online forums, restricted territories
S o c i a l a c c o u n t i n g is commonly used in the context of business, or corporate social responsibility.
I can give you examples of corporate social responsibility programmes that I could experience in my career.
E n v i r o n m e n t a l S u s t a i n a b i l i t y : Areas include recycling, waste management, water management,
using renewable energy sources, utilizing reusable resources, creating 'greener' supply chains, using digital
technology instead of hard copies (electronic software distribution). E n v i r o n m e n t a l a c c o u n t i n g ,
which is a subset of social accounting, focuses on the cost structure and environmental performance.
For instance, Logitech Social and Environmental Responsibility Policy states: „Logitech does not source
or buy metals directly; however, we are concerned by the allegations that metals illegally mined
in the Democratic Republic of the Congo may be making their way into the electronics supply chain.
The minerals of interest are: gold (A u), ta nta lum (T a ), tungs te n (W ) a nd tin (Sn).“
According to 2012 Microsoft Citizenship Report: „We continue to examine our supply chain to identify each
component used in our products containing tin, gold, ta nta lum, or tungs te n and the suppliers of these
components. We are educating these suppliers regarding the conflict minerals issue and ask suppliers
to identify each smelter or refinery they use and verify that the minerals in these components do not come from
implicated conflict mineral zones.“ Thus, prices o f c o m m o d i t i e s will be influenced by company policies
and organizational behaviour.
Furthermore, Microsoft’s approach to implement a companywide system to charge each of its departments
for the carbon emissions associated with their data centres, software development labs, offices, and employee
travel. The money that is generated will be used to fund internal efficiency and improvement projects,
pay for renewable PPA’s (Power Purchase Agreements), energy contracts to reduce variability between costs
and profits, and buy c a r b o n o f f s e t s and renewable energy credits.
C o m m u n i t y I n v o l v e m e n t : This can include raising money for local charities, donations for a local
marathon, participating in events like the Olympics, and engaging in fair trade practices to raise awareness.
E t h i c a l M a r k e t i n g P r a c t i c e s : We do not manipulate, falsely advertise, or use deceptive advertising.
Another example would be from Cisco that is a highly ethical company and that restricts any kind of cooperation,
import, export or service support in countries such as North Korea. You can find that i n t e g r i t y could be a
real problem in some businesses. Many people would want to trade on the New York Stock Exchange,

belief of a particular country.
Hereby, another core value – respect – to recall Kant’s remark: „Paternalism is the worst form of tyranny. Not
to treat people as if they were the best judges of their own interests — even when they are not — is to fail to
treat them with the respect and dignity due to autonomous human beings possessed of freedom to make choices.“
So, as a sole worker from the EU, I will need to preserve my own autonomy in the United Kingdom albeit my
social, cultural, linguistic, national and economic integration.

My aspiration is to become an established business partner winding up for equity, freelancer, franchisant,
chartered or accredited contributor to my partners, employers or franchisors and grow during the course of years.
I am also aware of loyalty to my partners and risk it carries. I want to make an international impact as far as
obligations having been discussed above. I know that any role is the role of ethics. I knew I could not adapt
Accenture's business model for the other companies later on in my career. Bearing in mind confidentiality, I
keep knowledge and experience in the track record. I am ready to get involved with people and make a
difference, harness skills and life experience, contribute freely and construct values having the extra bird's eye.
If I am not ready, I would not start anything with anyone. It was not always my choice to change a job: business
transfers, mass redundancie I would create a five-year plan but realize only one-year or two-year plans that
would be long-term as well as complex all-society plan but I would work for the whole life to create the right
business plan or values for people. Allow me to bring up a speech of the famous American economist Milton
Friedman: ”Nothing is so permanent as a temporary government program.” It is a reason why I pursue more
industrial sectors, more countries and create a global career in a changing world.
