• Over 10 years of experience in project and operational management and business intelligence responsible
for planning, scheduling, requirement analysis, task sequencing, quality control, risk assessment, and
communication with project stakeholders, processes, and team development.
• Ability to create the development team from scratch;
• Good knowledge of development methodologies and quality assurance;
• Knowledge and experience of working in SCRUM, RUP, CI, Kanban, Waterfall, Prince2 and other
methodologies
• Knowledge and practical experience of PMBOK principles.
• Strong project documentation skills including functional and technical specification creation;
• Ability to process inquiries, experience in RFP processing and proposal creation;
• Outstanding leadership abilities; able to coordinate and direct all phases of project-based efforts while
managing, motivating, and leading project teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong background in user training and support documentation.
