With 7 years of working as a customer service, I am a competitive type of person equipped with knowledge how to handle customers. I have worked with some of the biggest Telecommunication companies in the US like Sprint and Verizon and even working for Virgin Mobile in UK. I also worked for Ameriprise Financial as a Financial Adviser and became a Quality Analyst. I also worked for Time Warner Cable before as Level 2 Technical Support. And I even worked for one of the largest search engine in the world- Google as a technical support representative and became one of the Subject Matter Experts. I’m very much willing to be trained so I can provide and meet the expectations of clients from me. I have worked with e-commerce companies where I have been exposed to Shopify, Freshdesk, Salesforce Lightning and other tools used for email responses. I have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. I have creative thinking in providing resolutions and problem-solving.
