I work as a Database Analyst in CMMI level 5 company since 2009. Started my career with a performance excellence and promotion within one and a half year. After that I again received 2 performance excellence awards in 2 years time. My passion has become optimization nowadays and i recently implemented a SQL server feature called Service broker(multi-threading) that's create conversations for exchanging (sends and receives data ) messages along with avoided locking techniques. I can also do some extraction of data , transform that data into valuable information and load this information into an external system using complex queries. I have been to China , Singapore and Australia for a project implementation.
