I have been providing quality customer service for the past 2 years. I have been hired as a customer service representative and has been promoted to Product Knowledge Trainer for both companies I worked for.
English is my first language, which makes it fairly easy to communicate with people. I am also accustomed to working in long hours, I have average computer knowledge including Microsoft office tools, but most importantly, I am open for more challenges and is willing to learn more.
I have also tutored both children and adults in basic English grammar and have edited articles back in College. I wrote poetry and articles in my secondary level of education as well.
