I am a Virtual Assistant for 2 years working as a Construction Department Assistant for a Fire Alarm company based in Las Vegas. I do billing/collections (creating invoices in Quickbooks and follow up payments), basic Accounting duties and Administrative tasks.
I was also an Executive Assistant and an Office Secretary when I worked here in the Philippines before I ventured as a Virtual Assistant.
