The key strengths that I possess include but are not limited to the following:
· Organizational and Management Skills: I am a highly organized individual. This has helped in equipping me with important skills necessary to effectively manage a vibrant and demanding division. On such occasions, I have had the opportunity to plan, organize and coordinate the division's activity to ensure delivery on our key performance indicators, as well as providing the overall direction and leadership in the division.
· Interpersonal skills: My experience and training in a multicultural setting has enhanced my interpersonal skills, exposing me to diverse personalities and cultures. This has enabled me to not only gel well with, but to serve people at all levels of corporate structure, of diverse backgrounds and with varied and unique needs. I possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Analytical Skills: I possess strong numerical and analytical and skills which have been well honed through my experience and training. In addition I am a versatile Computer User and have a knack to quickly learn any new package that I may need to use.
· Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills: I have developed strong decision-making and problem solving skills and have the ability to remain calm, composed and efficient while finding creative and practical solutions to challenges in my work. I am able to think through situations, anticipate problems and work towards stemming them. My current job has built in me a resilience to manage a large and diverse work load with competing priorities under pressure in a fluid environment.
· Personality: I am a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, knowledgeable and resourceful with a mind that wrestles with issues to a point of solution. Additionally, I am a fast learner and can guarantee that with minimum exposure I will be ready to deliver results. I always strive for continued excellence, have a keen eye for details and highly value integrity and respect for all.
· Team work: Working in a team-based culture has taught me to be a team player as well as a team leader, possessing the ability to build the momentum necessary to achieve results.
