Starting my admin journey in 2010, I have over 9 years of experience in all-things-admin, with my specialization being in procedure development and digital marketing management. I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries, mostly in small companies where I was not just the administrator but also operations manager, technology whiz, and marketing guru. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same!
I have an extensive background in administration and client care, and I have mastered the art of organization and system implementation which is just one of the many reasons I consider myself to be The Savvy Admin. I love working in a busy environment and my ability to multi-task, my efficiency, and my problem-solving skills are now second nature and are exhibited in my work ethic. Every client and project is different, which is why I pride myself on having adaptable skills and a flexible schedule. My ultimate goal is to make the life of my client easier so that they can have more time to do the things they love.
On a more personal note...
I live in Hamilton, Ontario with my partner and our dogs, Barney and Mable, and our cat, Jo. I love to embrace the city-girl lifestyle, sipping a coffee and working in a cafe when my schedule allows me to be away from my home office. In my free time, I enjoy reading, true crime, and learning about Hamilton's history.
