I have been in the Customer Service industry for 5 years already. I started working as a Customer Service Representative in a technical campaign and was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert in a retail campaign. After few months, I was selected to be a Supervisor Trainee and handled a top-performing team for a year. During my time as a supervisor, I was given the chance to participate in numerous leadership training and seminars. And now, I am a freelancer for almost 2 years working as a General Virtual Assistant.
