I graduated 4 years in college in one of the prestigious university in the Philippines, ADAMSON UNIVERSITY. I took up BSBA major in Management. I have joined in a company after graduation that involves data processing. I have stayed for 7 years. However, I want to enhance my communication skills so I have joined in the BPO company that is purely customer service. I have 5 years in total experience doing the same job, mostly email and chat support. I have mastered using Zendesk as well. I decided to resign and look for a homebased job as I find it more comfortable, hassle free and to avoid traffic that consume most of my precious time. I have a great belief that a person that has a good attitude is better than a skilled one that has no interest. Also, I always follow my own motto that I dont work hard than the person next to me, I work harder than the person I was yesterday.
