I have experience in determining the required materials and generating purchase orders, scheduling the supply of materials to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels, and managing day-to-day order management and deliveries while coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, and supplier payments.

Furthermore, I have researched and communicated with potential suppliers for materials and equipment, maintained updated records of purchased products and delivery information, compared and evaluated offers from suppliers.

As an aspiring virtual assistant, I am confident that my experience as a chemical engineer has equipped me with the necessary skills to provide excellent support in a virtual setting.
