Since 2017, I have had experience in working for a credit repair company based in Connecticut where I worked as a Front-End Support. I take inbound and outbound calls for clients who wants to follow up regarding the status of their credit repair to boost their credit scores from all over the US. I also call out to clients to remind them of all the requirements that they need to submit to complete their letter to be sent out to the credit bureaus. I also took escalation calls to pacify clients whose credit scores didn't improve or took so long for their request to be completed. I have learned so much from the company.

My most recent work experience was for a San Francisco based company that offers calendar booking software to individuals or companies that offer workshops, classes or experiences. My tasks includes, but not limited to, data entry, scheduling and appointment setting, executive virtual assistance, lead generation, web scraping, account creation, payout management, etc.
