As an Account Specialist I have developed writing and speaking skills. For example, one of my main duties is to handle account-related issues that requires me to coordinate with our Unit Manager, bankers, Workforce and internal employees and provide them with explanation as to why the issue occurred, what is the current resolution or if not, provide them with a possible work-around.
Concurrent to being an Account Specialist, I have and still am learning a lot by accepting coaching feedback from our Quality Analyst and my with my Unit Manager.
