Over the past five years, I have immersed myself in various customer service and sales roles within the BPO/Call Center industry. I have been well-rounded throughout my work experiences, handling different accounts such as Retail, E-commerce business, Travel, Health Care, and Cyber Security. My tasks have focused on answering customer's inquiry through all available channels of communication may it be through calls, emails, and chats.

Alongside my corporate career, I have embarked on a freelance journey in Graphic Designing, Retail designs (logo, stationary, package, poster, flyers, etc.), Building simple Google websites, Resume Editing, Social Media Marketing, and Social media Management.

My extensive background has equipped me with a wealth of diverse experiences. I have cultivated a keen understanding of customers or clients needs and preferences across multiple industries, adapting my approach to provide exceptional service.
